Day 01 Irkutsk and Angara - Lake Baikal
Meet at 09:00 at the station, if necessary check in luggage in luggage room.
Sightseeing tour of Irkutsk with Kirov square and Redeemer Church of 1723, the oldest monument in the church architecture of Irkutsk. Transfer by taxi to the district Solnetschni.

Cruise on Lake Baikal and the Angara by speedboat (Raketa) from Irkutsk to Listvyanka.

Check in hotel Baikal Chalet and sightseeing tour Listvyanka with market and Nikolai Church.

Day 02 Circum Baikal Railway line
Meeting at the Baikal Museum at 08:00 am. Travel by ferry to Port Baikal, arrival at 08:30 am.
Tour Port Baikal with the opportunity to visit the Baikal railway museum, where you see old pictures of the construction of the Trans-Siberian route.

Departure by tourist train seatplaces at 11:00 am. Baikal Railway drive to Shumikha km 102, arrival 13:00 pm and visit of the Italian wall.

Hike along the Baikal railway to km110 station Polovinnaya (hiking 8 km). Participants, who don’t want to walk, can take the train to Polovinnaya. After arrival Polovinnaya time for lunch, Siberian Baikal specialities in the Holiday Village Baikal-Beach.

You will have enough free time to go to the nearby Lake Baikal beach to relax and to visit the Siberian settlement Polovinnaya.
Departure by train “Matanya” at 17:00 pm, arrival Port Baikal at 19:50 pm. Crossing river Angara and Lake Baikal by ferry to Listvyanka at 20:15 pm, arrival 20:30 pm. (June and September: Port Baikal - Listvyanka with private boats) Overnight Hotel Baikal-Chalet (B,L)
Day 03 Museum Taltsy
After breakfast you go by bus to the museum Taltsy. The museum is located 30 km from Listvyanka away. Here are shown the various eras of history of Siberia in the past centuries with an extensive collection of furnishings, including wooden buildings. Overnight Hotel Baikal-Chalet (B,D)

Day 04 Listvyanka - Olkhon
Breakfast and Transport to Olkhon by bus at 10:00 am, arrival late afternoon. Check-in holiday hotel, dinner (B,D)

Day 05 Olkhon Cape Choboy – Usury – Maloe More
Day tour to the north of Olkhon: Sand covered Peschanoe Tract, you will see a beautiful beach, tall trees, and remains of the buildings and barracks of the fish-receiving station where prisoners have worked up to the middle of the 60s. Cape Khoboy which is the northernmost point of the island and a sacral place for shamans, from here you get the best view of the Baikal Range and the far bank of Lake Baikal, including Svyatoy nos Peninsula.
Territory of Uzuri , a wide and long valley in the northeastern part of Olkhon Island, a pebble beach, a small lake with birds; a possibility of meeting the Baikal seal. Picnic. (B,P,D)
Day 06 Olkhon Cape Burkhan - Shamanka Rock
Walking tour to the island’s trademark - Cape Burkhan and Shamanka Rock. Cape Burkhan is a sacral place for Buryat people. This is also the island’s trademark. The rock with two peaks is a palace of Olkhon Island’s owner Khan Khuute-Baabay.
The rock has an open-ended cave and old Buddhist inscriptions. This is a place where shamans and then Buddhists used to perform their rites. On the southern part of the rock there is a “picture” of a dragon-snake that was believed to be the rock’s guardian. The guide will be telling you stories about the nature, history, traditions, and culture of Olkhon Island. It will also be possible to take pictures of this unique nature monument.(B,D)
